After submitting your case information, you will be given a case number, for example:
An email from CARE Arthritis Support will be sent to the email address submitted with your case information.
The next step is to upload your images. Images are uploaded using the CARE DICOM Anonymizer app. This will also remove all patient identifying information from the images.
